sectors and functions.

- Co-founder of Rio Services (2009-2021). Business model setup, company scale-up & merger with business partner.

- Co-founder of MPlus Company (2004-2010). Chairman of the Board. Drove company’s scale-up, fundraising and merger with
European leader. - Investor in Auto123 (since 2015). Facilitated company’s transformation after the acquisition of a competitor in North America.
- CEO Advisor and Board Member of Thuasne Group (2004-2008). Transformed Group into global leader through acquisitions
in Asia, executive recruitment, the development of Go to Market model / Strategic plan and the implementation of a new
governance framework to address company’s growth objectives (+300M$). - EMEA Corporate Accounts GM, CEO of HPFS Bank France at Hewlett-Packard (1986-2003). Held management positions in
sales, marketing, consulting and finance in EMEA. - Lecturer in Entrepreneurship School in Spain (since 2022)
